Myself, in a sentence
I am a devoted and passionate person, everything i am today is a product of the obstacles i have overcome.
My favorite tattoo and the story behind it
I have hummingbirds on my chest. When i was young my grandfather was the only real positive male figure in my life, he was more of a father than my actual dad was. I could relate to him over anyone in my family. One memory that is strong and vivid in my mind is when he told me about a hummingbird hovering in front of him before they migrated. He told me he thought of that as a goodbye. When i grew up i got overwhelmed with my troubles in my life and began to resort to drugs to cope. I grew distant and he grew older. When i was around 18 he was hospitalized and i was told he was doing fine. when i called up my actual father to ask what hospital he was at to maybe visit my grandfather i was informed that he had passed. Obviously i was crushed. the only accepting member of my family was gone, and i wasnt even able to say goodbye or apologize for not being around. I decided to get hummingbirds on my chest, one hovering above my heart, to symbolize my love for him and as a way of saying goodbye[3
