Myself, in a sentence

I am a quiet and creative type, who enjoys a good laugh, good coffee, and all things sci-fi, fantasy, magical, mystical, whimsical, whacktastical and fun. I'm neither average or ordinary, but a uniquie and special breed of "southpaw'd" right minded thinker. I am related to Chief CornPlanter and love Hello Kitty. You'll often catch me drifting off into my imagination, which is where most of my ideas reside safe and sound. I like who I am, where my life is, who I've kept and found in my life and where my life is going [wherever that may be]. And I one day plan on visiting the UK, more specifically Scotland... I would love, to travel around and work with anyone I can. :] I was adopyed and raised in a city named after a character in a book [Tarzan] by an Italian Catholic and a Russian Jew, found Wicca after attending Christian, Lutheran and Baptist schools. I wasn't given much of an oppertunity to make many friends growing up, so it's safe to say I had very few friends and was practly a loner, but I did go on a lot of hikes on nature trails, bike ride, made clothes, wrote short stories and drew. Speaking of drawing... let's talk about my first tattoo.

My favorite tattoo and the story behind it

My favorite tattoo has to be my forehead tattoo... It wraps around from ear to ear [kind of]. I plan on getting the outline touched up and maybe adding to it, who knows. I had debated with myself about where I wanted to place a new tattoo, and I had finally decided that I wanted to place something over my third eye... I just didn't know what I wanted. Well one day, a few years ago through some unique life experiences, I met an artist in the Denver area who agreed to ink up my fornugget. I went into his shop without any refrences, and I remember looking at him and saying "Nin9* I didn't bring anything to show you for a reference, and I know you asked me to look stuff up or draw something for you to go off of, and I'm so very sorry for not bringing you anything... All I want is the universal symbol for change put over my third eye", and he looked at me and said "give me 45 minuets". 45 minuets and some random happenings later, I 3 blade bic'd off the rest of my eyebrows and the stubble on both sides of my cranium, put his drawing on my forehead, I looked at it the mirror and loved it. Spent just under 2 hours total in the chair [we had a smoke break or two]. *the artist goes by the name nine, but the number 9 is worked in there somehow... and that's all I can remember, other than he did some ink work on Steven Perkins, the drummer of Janes Addiction, whom I did get to meet at Cervantes in Denver... which was super awesome.

My first tattoo and the story behind it

My first tattoo is a small faceless faerie on my lower lumbar [the small of my back]. When I had started sketching it oit, it was supposed to be a free handed Snoopy... So then how did it go from Snoopy to a faceless faerie? :] When I finally realized that I had botched what I was trying to do, my imagination and creativity took over, and about 3 hours later [and a very sore hand], there she was in all of her buxom glory on a piece of paper. I carried her around in my wallet for a couple of months before I had her inked on and colored in. she went unnoticed for almost two Weeks, then my adopted mom asked if she was real... I looked at her and told her "no, ma, it's a flippin' stick on"

My next tattoo

I have two I deas, one is going to be my nations flag with the tribes seal wolf paws [clan association] and dermal work that goes from shoulder to shoulder and clavical to breast plate, and the other is going to be the name of a sci-fy character in a clockwork steampunk theme that would go from mid right rib to mid right hip and about as wide as two $1.00 bills.... I'm picky, whatelse can I say.
