My favorite tattoo and the story behind it
I have a tattoo of my best friend Bob, he is ripping off his own face and painting it with a paintbrush. Bob drew the image when he was 18 and learning to tattoo. I saw the image and feel in love with his depiction of himself. The image haunted me as an archetype of the man i will always be in love with but I will never really meet because he isnt real...Bob tatted it on me 10 years after I originally saw it.
My first tattoo and the story behind it
A owl-fish with deer antlers. the typical first tattoo "I want to put all my favorite animals into a single image"....good thing it was well applied.
My next tattoo
A traditional japanese back piece full of ghosts and haunted items and beautiful haunted women. I heard that all things over 100 years old in Japan are considered "haunted". I am inspired by his idea.
