My first tatoo was my back. It represent Bamboo in Grey and Black, like it 's done with drawing charcoal. I had done this for my 20 years old, by Stoo, the tattoo artist of my ex boyfriend. He was very tattoo and I was fascinate by the tattoo since a long time, but I'm affraid by the blood, the injurys, and the needles ... One day I had decide to surmount my fear. The idea of bamboo result of a japanese legend. In this legend the bamboo give his life to save the people. He was very beautifull, very strong but he had no interest and unless his destruction, the people was destined to dead. The moral philosophy for me is that only we had no interest to live, and few time we must forgoten ourself and thing to the other. Bamboo is a symbolic figure that is associated with great virtues. It is the righteousness and grace, as the stem grows straight and ends in finesse. It means humility as the heart of the stem is empty. It embodies the spirit of youth as it remains green even in winter. Finally, bamboo is also associated with the counting and purity, with no other ornament that leaves the appearance simple.
