Myself, in a sentence
I am quirky, socially awkward and dorky. I currently work in nuclear security [yes, I carry a gun and yes, I am a really good shot!] but my passion is chemistry and physics so I am working on my Master's in Green Chemistry. I am addicted to sports radio, I love firearms, motorcycles, and volunteer work, especially the work I do with Hospice patients and their families.
My favorite tattoo and the story behind it
I have these two really poorly done tattoos on the upper back of my arms, but they are my favorite and they get a lot of attention... a stick figure devil and a stick figure angel. I had this best friend for years who was overseas in the Army. He got them on his shoulders first, and after a few years a lot of us got them, our "SFD" as we called it. This friend and I went through a lot together, and those tattoos remind me of how lucky I am to have had that kind of love and support in my darkest times.
My first tattoo and the story behind it
Oh jeez. It is two Kanji symbols for "Sneaky Cat". I was young, picked it off the wall at the tattoo shop because I just had to have one right then, and then I cried because I got scared. Epic fail!
My next tattoo
I am currently finishing off my right sleeve with a badass coastal tiki theme. I have two tikis, lots of flowers, water, and an anchor for my family. The color is phenomenal and I can't wait to post the pics when it gets finished!
