Myself, in a sentence
Everybody has scars...mine are just outlined in black, filled with color and have a kickass graywash.
My favorite tattoo and the story behind it
I have four peas in a pod tattooed on my foot, one for each of my four children. The peas representing the boys each have a blue highlight and my daughters has a pink highlight. I did it the week after my sleeve [which took 8 weeks] and everyone in the shop fell in love with it. I found it funny that a small piece took the spotlight from an entire arm!
My first tattoo and the story behind it
My first tattoo was a sun and moon. It represented my first son and his father. Together they were my night and day. I was young and didn’t think it out. I didn’t pick a good spot for it and the first few I got were all small and scattered. I love each tattoo, they all have meaning, but had I known then how much I love the big project, I may have thought it out better.
My next tattoo
I got really lucky when I walked into Om body piercing and tattoo in Keansburg, I walked out with an amazing piece, wonder woman down my right side. As a single mother of four I feel the strong yet feminine heroine best represents me or who I wish to be. Strength and beauty. I really love the big projects, watching the tattoo develop into something so beautiful, seeing an artist in his element. What’s next...not really sure but I’ve got space to fill!
