I'm Casey Catastrophe, a tattooed twenty something with a taste for gardening, cooking and getting tattooed!

My favorite tattoo is the vulture on my right arm. Aside from being beautiful, its one of my favorites because it has an odd story. One day I was driving home from work and something fell from the sky. I pulled over to check it out, it was a vulture! Suffering from heat stroke in the 100 degree weather. Lucky for him I had a gallon of water. So I took him home and tried to get some life back into him. Unfortunately he still died. But it was such an eye-opening experience about the nature of life and death and what we see as beautiful. I felt like that vulture needed a memorial.
